Richard was there from day number one and continues to support us even after the process. Not only did he explain all of the steps we would go through in terms that we recognized, but he stuck with us through each step and never left us in the dark. He was persistent on finding a home that fit our needs and desires - not one house he showed us was way off the rails. He was honest and communicative with us and was truly in our corner through the entire process. Not only was this our first home but we landed on a new build which can present its very own challenges.
